Digital Products
Digital products include:

- Django Projects
- Computer Vision Systems
- Downloadable Files
- Licenses & APIs
⚠️ Due to the nature of digital products,
refunds are generally NOT provided once:
- The product is downloaded
- Source code is delivered
- License/access is activated
- Files are shared electronically
Physical Products
Physical hardware products may be eligible
for refunds under the following conditions:
- Product arrived damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Product missing parts
Refund Request Time
Refund requests for physical products
must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Products
- Downloaded software
- Customized AI systems
- Used hardware products
- Products damaged by misuse
- Installation/service charges
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within
5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped or digitally delivered,
cancellation may not be possible.
