Thank you for purchasing software, source code, or projects from ApyCoder. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our digital products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refundable Items

The following items are eligible for a refund if they meet the refund conditions:

  • Software, source code, or projects that do not function as described or are defective.
  • Digital products that fail to work even after troubleshooting assistance.
  • Purchases where a technical issue has been verified by our team and cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of digital goods are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom development services or modifications tailored to your requirements.
  • Digital products purchased at a discounted or sale price.
  • Issues caused by misconfiguration, third-party software conflicts, or improper use by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy lasts 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error logs, or a detailed description of the problem).
  • Allow our technical team to verify the issue and confirm that it cannot be resolved.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The software or source code has been modified by the customer, leading to functional issues.
  • The issue is due to an external factor beyond our control (e.g., hosting environment, third-party APIs).
  • The refund request is made after 5 days but is still under review for possible resolution.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@apycoder.com within 5 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and attempt to resolve the issue.
  3. If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved, we will initiate the refund.
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please email us at support@apycoder.com.

Exchanges

We only replace digital products if they are proven to be defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@apycoder.com.
